A letter to our Club Members:
April 15, 2003 To our valued customers, If you are currently a member of the Park SFO miles program and are a participating member of one of the following airlines; Delta, Continental, US Air, Northwest and America West, we regret to inform you we will be discontinuing the airline mileage program effective 5/15/2003. For those who currently have miles accrued through one of the above listed airlines you will have the option of either transfer your miles to one of our two (2) existing mileage account, United or American. If you don't have an account and wish to establish one you may to to the following Web sites for United Airlines www.united.com and for American Airlines www.aa.com. Customers' mileage accounts will be credited in increments of 500 miles increments. Customer' accounts with less than 500 miles in the account will be saved up for the next 500 miles. If you choose not to change airlines, please contact our office for further details. For those of you who choose to transfer their accounts to either American or United please stop by the office with your new mileage account number and we will gladly change over all information or you can call Park SFO at 866-727-5736. For the customers who wish to redeem via paper transfer please contact Tami Paulson at 866-727-5736 Ext. 109 Monday-Friday, 8:00 to 4:30. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we would like to reassure you all of your earned miles will be redeemed. If you have any questions please feel free to give me a call.
